We are excited to share that Stephen Wang will be running in the upcoming Cleveland Half Marathon to raise money for the Liposarcoma Support Network. This race will be about more than just crossing the finish line—it’s about family, perseverance, and making a difference. Stephen and his team will be dedicating this run to Stephen’s sister, who has liposarcoma. His goal is not only to complete the half marathon but also to raise awareness and support for those affected by liposarcoma.
Stephen has been training for months after ACL reconstruction surgery to get his knee, heart, and mind ready for the race. He hopes to inspire others to get out there and be active, show solidarity with his sister, and contribute to efforts that will bring about better support, research, and care to those living with rare cancers like liposarcoma.
