For too long, individuals affected by liposarcoma have struggled with limited resources, inconsistent medical information, and a lack of dedicated research. By bringing together a team of leading experts—including oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, and pathologists, our Medical Advisory Board (MAB) will serve as a trusted source of medical insight to help us powerfully advocate for the needs of our community.
What Will the Medical Advisory Board Do?
Our MAB will play a critical role in shaping the future of care, research, and awareness by sharing their expertise to provide strategic direction on LSN initiatives to ensure the survival and well-being of liposarcoma patients.
The objectives are to:
- Advise LSN on the scientific agenda/strategy of the organization.
- Provide guidance and direction for our research investment.
- Serve as an expert resource on issues concerning the liposarcoma community.
- Assist in ensuring that LSN-content generated is accurate on our website and publications.
